IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please take the time to carefully read the following information before booking an appointment with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

PATCH TEST

If you have never had semi-permanent makeup or a tattoo before, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Please inform us if you have had any previous permanent makeup or tattoos done by another technician. You can either request a patch test to be sent to you via post, free of charge, or have it done in our studio during a consultation. Failure to inform us about the patch test or not completing it before your appointment may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.

CONSULTATION

We offer an optional consultation appointment with our artists at an additional cost. Please note that the consultation price will not be deducted from the treatment cost. During the consultation, we will discuss the treatment method, preferred technique, color choice, and provide a quick pre-draw of the end result. Please note that a consultation appointment cannot be booked on the same day as a treatment. A patch test will also be performed during the consultation.

Alternatively, you can contact us online to discuss your preferred treatment or appointment without a consultation.

DEPOSIT

To confirm your appointment, a deposit of either £30 or £50 per treatment is required. The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price, and the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of mind. We retain all deposits for up to 6 months from the original payment date.

CANCELLATION\/RESCHEDULING TERMS

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

PAYMENT TERMS

All current treatment prices can be found on our website and are subject to change. However, you will be guaranteed the initial treatment price and touch-up price as they were on the day of booking.

The full payment (after deducting the deposit) is required to be made on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, bank transfers, and payments via PayPal. All payments include VAT. If you require a payment receipt or invoice, please let us know, and we will provide one after your appointment.

Please note that if, for any reason, the treatment cannot be performed during your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. This includes situations where a client is indecisive, has changed their mind, or if pre-drawing and mapping take longer than usual, or if the client is not suitable for treatment (eligibility check).

Treatment prices are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

ONLINE BOOKINGS

All online bookings need to be confirmed by a member of our staff. New clients wishing to book PMU treatments are required to send us a photograph of their whole face without makeup. Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. However, if we are unable to accept your appointment for any reason, we will contact you directly.

CONSULTATION FORM

You agree to complete the consultation form sent to you via message on Facebook instagram or email at least 48 hours before your appointment.

LATENESS

We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time or cancellation of the treatment with the incurred deposit fee.

Please inform us if you expect to be late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be lost as a cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

AFTERCARE & ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS

You agree to follow all pre and post-aftercare instructions, which are available on our website and provided in-person. All touch-up appointments must be scheduled within 4-12 weeks from the initial treatment for optimal results. It is your responsibility to arrange an appointment within this timeframe. Any touch-ups booked after this period will be considered as a color boost.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with the treatment before leaving our premises, as any additional retouches thereafter will be charged and cannot be completed within the first 4 weeks.

AGE AND HEALTH

For all PMU treatments, you must be over 18 years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and in good general health. Please review our eligibility criteria before scheduling treatment, or contact us directly to confirm eligibility if you have any health conditions.

You must disclose all medical conditions and current medications, as they may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if medical conditions have not been disclosed or if there are contraindications that cannot be ignored.

RESULTS (PMU TREATMENTS)

While we strive to provide the best work possible, we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will remain in the skin, nor can we be held responsible for low or no pigment uptake.

Some skin types may not retain the sharpness of pigmented hair strokes, and in rare cases, the hair strokes may blur over time. Retention is dependent on factors such as skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare.

ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR

We have a zero-tolerance policy for violence, aggression, or verbal abuse toward any member of our staff. Violence includes not only acts that may result in physical harm but also any behavior or language (spoken, written, or via social media) that includes threats, personal abuse, derogatory remarks, or swearing. This policy applies to both clients and any accompanying individuals\/friends\/family members.

In the event of any abusive behavior, the treatment may be refused, and the deposit may be forfeited.
